The group is headed by one of the country’s most prominent hoteliers and hospitality industry developers, Paul Stoll.

For over 10 years, the German businessman represented Hong Kong’s Furama Hotels International in Vietnam.

Over that time he has forged a uniquely close relationship with Vietnam’s government and tourism authorities.

His commitment to Vietnam’s tourism and hospitality industry development has included establishing the World Heritage Road (www.worldheritageroad.com), Cham Society, Best Hotels Alliance of leading hotels and Vietnam Tourism Association – principal drivers of the country’s economic development today.

He is one of the first foreign professionals awarded national honours by Vietnam’s central government, along with numerous ‘Certificates of Merit’ for “outstanding contributions to the economic development”.

This exceptional recognition from both government authorities and trade partners ultimately laid the foundation for Celadon International.

CELADON has become quickly established as a premier real estate/hospitality developer and asset management company.

Hospitality developments are managed under the following Brands: Celadon (5 Star City Hotel, Resort & Spa), Exotica (4 Star Themed Resort), Chao Inn (4 Star City Hotel) and Owner Brands (5 Star).

Celadon also operates owner brands (5 Star), and provide branded distribution services.

The group’s international team has developed and operated real estate for the past 40 years in Europe, the Middle East, India, China, Vietnam and across South-East Asia.
